Oulu

Oulu is the most populous city in the North of Finland. The city is widely known as a technology hub due to the large concentration of IT-companies in the area.

The population of 193 789 inhabitants in Oulu makes it the fifth most populated city in Finland. The city is considered one of Europe’s “living labs” where residents experiment with the newest technology such as NFC tags and ubi-screens at a community-wide scale.
