Yesterday, our CEO Jyrki Koski had the honour of meeting President of Finland, Alexander Stubb, during his official visit to the United Arab Emirates on 20. –21. November 2025. The visit marked a significant milestone, the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Finland and the United Arab Emirates.

The meeting took place at a reception hosted by the Embassy of Finland in Abu Dhabi, bringing together key representatives from public institutions and the private sector. The event opened with formal remarks delivered by President Stubb and His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs. Their addresses underscored the depth of cooperation between the two countries and the mutual commitment to fostering dialogue, economic collaboration, and innovation across sectors. The event highlighted the continued strength and strategic relevance of this partnership.
